OVERCOMING YESTERDAY'S STRONGHOLDS WITH TODAY'S VICTORY.
This workshop is based on the book "Ravaged Relentlessly: Biblical Help for Those Overcoming Sexual Crime. It will highlight the Bible's message of comfort, healing, forgiveness and embracing life. JANUARY 28th -APRIL 14th: Weekly Writers Group
|
Part of the Spirit Scribes Writing Program, this class is for anyone desiring to obey the Lord by writing, Minister Kesha Rand will be hosting a weekly Writers Group to assist you in the process from Conceptualization to Production.
There will also be other writing professionals participating including Editors, Proofreaders and Publishers to assist you in getting this holy task done. Whether it is a book, play, poetic collection or recipe book, its time to walk in obedience and spread the Gospel even more! Your words and your testimony of God's goodness will cause countless others to find Christ. You cannot delay.
The 12 week course will be held in 3 ways:
1. Bi-Weekly in the classroom
2. Alternate Weeks On-line
3. Weekly conference call set-up.
This way, you don't have to miss a class or be away from home all 12 weeks.
A laptop computer is suggested, but not required. This program is not a public free seminar and requires a nominal suggested donation of $25 per week.

FEBRUARY 16-19TH WRITER'S WEEKEND RETREAT
|
PART OF THE SPIRIT SCRIBES PROGRAM- A 4-Day, 3-Night getaway near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in a 5-Star, state of the art resort home set on the Indian River Bay. Our goal is to give Christian Aspiring and Experienced Writers a quiet place to focus extensively on their writing and thus walk in obedience to the Lord's calling. Facilitated by Minister Kesha Rand, Bible Teacher and Author of 7 books.
Enjoy group discussions, skill building sessions, private writing areas and we can even review your work if you desire. Curl up at one of the fireplaces, enjoy a massage at the spa, swim, relax in the jacuzzi or get a great work out at the gym. Bikes are available to use if you wish to enjoy the bike trail. If you have started your manuscript or plan to begin your project in 2012, this weekend is for you. Limited slots for up to 10 Writers at a time. Sign up today.
All Genres are welcome from novels to prayer books. This is your chance to get to a place set aside just for you to prepare. We arrive on Thursday evening and depart Sunday afternoon.

FEBRUARY 28, 2012 Book Coaching Sessions begin

Part of the Spirit Scribes Program, attendees will spend 2 hours per week in personal sessions to encourage the completion of their books from start to finish. Slots are limited each week. Cycle lasts 3 months. Suggested donation of $20 each week is required.

MARCH 11- AUGUST 26TH -New Believers Discipleship Class
|
WALK WITH ME-This group is formed to aide in the discipleship of Christians who are new to the Faith (defined as 3 years or less). It is set up to be an open forum allowing for questions and discussion of various topics concerning our Faith and serveS as a resource of information concerning basic principles concerning what we believe.
The Group will offer a private online-blog, a resource library, and live meetings accessible by phone with discussions that consist of studies of key principles of faith, including the following:
“Redemption and Christian Culture”, “How to Use the Bible and Pray”, “Our Place in the Church”, “The Fruits of the Spirit”, “The Trinity”, “The Baptisms & Communion”, “The Second Coming of Christ”, “Sanctification”, “The Authority of the Believer”, “Spiritual Responsibility”, “The Gifts of the Spirit” and “Eternity”.
Group fellowship will be encouraged with after-meeting suggested activities.

APRIL 13th - AUGUST 24th 2012 "Talk To Me" Online TV Talk Show
|
Every Friday night, beginning in April, we will be hosting a live Book Discussion of "Ravaged Relentlessly: Biblical Help for Those Overcoming Sexual Crime". One chapter per week will be discussed.
This will include a live-Online, video broadcast of the discussion with the Author, as she reads excerpts from the book and leads in the conversation. Participants may view the podcast, call in to join the discussion via conference and/or submit questions and statements by chat.
The purpose of this weekly broadcast is to give Survivors of sexual crime a chance to continue to heal. It will also provide a source of helpful information for concerned citizens that recognize the need to be prepared to help a victim.

There will be no Broadcasts during the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day (May 25th.), June 29th, (SINCERE office closed for vacation).
Workbooks and Journals will be available for order by January 25, 2012.
Proceeds from book orders will go to benefit the "Hiding Place Workshop" for Survivors of sexual crime, being held in Maryland April 19th-22nd. Please go to our Hiding Place page to request more information.

APRIL 20TH-22ND 2012- Hiding Place (Healing Arts Ministry Workshop)
|
For Survivors of sexual crimes such as rape and sexual assault, Hiding Place is a place to be ministered to with prayers, poetry, select music and most of all the Word of God.
Hiding Place is a 3-Day Overnight Small Group Retreat held in the US 1 to 4 times a year. Participants can seek sponsorship or become sponsors for someone else.
The workshop includes personal group and individual jam sessions packed with music, poetry readings, help-directed discussions and friendship building activities.
Each day is filled with devotional time led by Ministers, personal prayer ministry and available Christian Counselors if requested.
We'll eat, enjoy, find answers and start fresh.
Don't we all need that?
It should be noted that the workshop is open, but is not co-ed, for sensitivity reasons.

NOVEMBER 17, 2012 Help the Homeless Walkathon
|
Join us as we team up with the community to raise funds for the Homeless through the "Help the Homeless Walkathon". To celebrate our 22nd year of ministry, we are asking that you invite 22 people to join us. Nominal donation required. Registration with SINCERE required by November 12. If you miss our deadline, you can register on site, however, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to locate our group due to the crowds.
